How do we start?

Step 1: Counselling
We begin with client counselling over the phone to discuss their needs, budget, and brand vision. After giving the customer all the information they need and showing them samples of our past work, we will give them a quote and an idea of how long it will take.

Step 2: Register
We then start the process by collecting customer information and their logo (if available), followed by payment of registration fees of ₹ 2100 (refundable in some cases). The customer specifies eyelash styles, quantities, label & print artwork, and other instructions.

Step 3: Packaging
Then, we begin working on the package design that our client desires. To ensure your satisfaction, we share a 3D rendering and a physical sample of the proposed package before sending it into production. We charge Rs. 3000 as a one-time fee for box designing for orders below 1000 pairs/boxes

Step 4: Production
The customer agrees with and/or gives feedback on all of the above. If necessary, changes will continue until the customer's approval.
Production will then begin upon final confirmation and 50% as advance payment. The customer's order is immediately put into production, and it is sent out according to the shipping method and lead time.

Step 5: Launch
Once the product is packed up and ready to go, the customer pays any outstanding balance that may be due, and the order is then sent out.
